Agreement

These Terms of Use cover fridayfills.com, the waitlist and the analyzer at /app (together, "FridayFills"). FridayFills is run by an individual based in Colorado, USA ("we", "us"). By using FridayFills you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.

What FridayFills is

FridayFills is an educational and informational tool for organizing and reviewing trades you have already made. The analyzer reads a transaction export from your broker and groups it into positions, rolls, wheel cycles and summaries. It is in early development (preview), so features may change, break or be removed at any time, and it may be unavailable.

No investment, tax or legal advice

FridayFills is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax preparer or law firm. Nothing it shows, including P/L, cost basis, coverage, or wheel and roll summaries, is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to use any strategy. It is not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Options trading involves substantial risk and isn't suitable for every investor. Ask a qualified professional before you make financial or tax decisions.

Accuracy

Results depend on the file you provide and on assumptions FridayFills makes. For example, it can only guess at activity from before your export starts, it follows broker default lot-matching methods, and broker file formats can change. Figures may be incomplete or wrong. Your broker's statements and tax forms are the official record. Check any figure against them before relying on it, and don't use FridayFills for tax reporting.

Your responsibilities

• Only use files and information you have the right to use.
• Give a real email address when you join the waitlist.
• Don't misuse FridayFills: don't try to break, overload, probe or bypass its security; don't submit spam or automated sign-ups; and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't guarantee access to any future product, feature or price. Prices and features described on the site are plans and may change. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing support@fridayfills.com.

Ownership

We own the FridayFills site, software, name and content. You may use them only as these terms allow. Your trade data stays yours: the analyzer processes your files in your browser, and we don't receive them or claim any rights in them.

Brokers and trademarks

FridayFills is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Charles Schwab, E*TRADE (Morgan Stanley) or any other broker. Broker names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe which file formats FridayFills reads.

Third-party services

FridayFills relies on third-party services, such as Cloudflare for hosting. We aren't responsible for their services or their availability.

Disclaimer

FridayFills is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, tax penalties or lost data, arising from or related to your use of FridayFills, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to FridayFills is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing, because FridayFills is free) or US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse FridayFills or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Suspension and changes to the service

We may change, suspend or end FridayFills, or block access by anyone who misuses it, at any time. The sections on advice, accuracy, the disclaimer, liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep using FridayFills after a change, the updated terms apply. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
